Loranocarter+texas was first explored by Spanish explorers in the early 1800s. The region was later named after José Antonio López de Santa Anna y Piña de Ayala, 1st Duke of Victoria (1786-1855), who served as President of Mexico from 1834 to 1835. During his time in office, Duke Victoria authorized expeditions into loranocarter+texas to find new land for farming and ranching.
Today, loranocarter+texas is a popular tourist destination with plenty to see and do.
